MCFF has helped sponsor Hear Nebraska in McCook, which then turned into a homegrown music festival, Prairie Roots Festival. MCFF continues to support and sponsor local musical and art programs.
Sehnert Challenge "Idea Trees"
As part of the Sehnert Challenge, we didn't just ask for donations and pledges. We also asked for ideas and dreams for McCook. With "idea trees" placed at Sehnert's Bakery, MNB Bank and local art events, we gathered up ideas from the community. Perhaps, these ideas would be great grant applications, maybe someone's next business plan or spark a different event. Look through the lists and maybe you'll be inspired to make McCook even greater.
