Q.  What are all the activities you are involved in?

A.  This year so far I’m involved in multiple activities, most being student council, YCR, cross country, class officers and I’m the treasurer. Later this year I plan on participating in basketball and track.

Q. Why did you join YCR?

A. I joined YCR because I thought it would be a cool new experience for me, and I think it can help me get into more colleges. 

Q. Why do you think it is important for MHS tohave an organization like YCR?

A. I think it is important for schools to have an organization like YCR so the community can see and hear what the kids want on kids’ behalves, if that makes sense. In other words, so kids and teens have a voice and a say about what is best or would be a growing point in their community and daily lives. 

Q. What kind of impact do you want to leave in your school?

A. In my school, I want to leave a positive and successful impact. 

Q. What is the best thing about living in McCook?

A. The best thing about living in McCook is that mostly everyone is very kind and generous. 

Q. What do you hope to accomplish during your time with YCR?

A. During YCR, I hope that as we finish the drive in movie project that we also finish another big project as well, but we will see what the future holds. I am an active member of FFA, Speech Team, and Mock Trial. I also run on the cross country team and have been the Class of 2022 president for the last three years.
